Marketing Boost Sessions – Terms & Conditions
Effective from: 27th August 2025
These Terms & Conditions apply to all Marketing Boost Sessions facilitated by Michelle Allen trading as Infinite Upstart (“we” or “us”). By booking and paying for a session, you agree to the following:
1. What This Is
A Marketing Boost Session is a one-off, 90-minute online consultation designed to provide practical advice, guidance, and suggestions for your creative project, service, or business. It is not financial, legal, or therapeutic advice.
2. Who It’s For
These sessions are for adults (18+) who want clarity and practical support with their marketing. No prior business experience is required.
3. What You Can Expect
A 90-minute 1:1 Zoom call with Michelle, focused on the area you’ve identified when booking.
Practical suggestions and steps to help you move forward.
A short written follow-up summarising key points.
4. What We Expect From You
You come prepared to discuss the area of marketing you want support with.
You treat the session with professionalism and respect.
You understand that implementation of any advice is your responsibility.
5. Accessibility & Tech
Sessions are delivered via Zoom. You are responsible for ensuring you have access to Zoom and a reliable internet connection. Please contact us in advance if you have access requirements and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
6. Booking, Cancellations & Refunds
By booking, you agree that your session could take place within 14 days of purchase. You acknowledge that if your session falls within 14 days of booking, you waive your usual right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Despite this waiver, we operate a fair notice policy:
If you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session, you may reschedule or request a refund.
Sessions missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded.
If we cancel your session for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
This policy applies whether your session is scheduled within or after 14 days of booking.
7. Data & Privacy (GDPR Compliance)
We collect your name, email, and booking details to deliver your session.
This information is held securely and only used for managing your booking, communication about your session, and (if you consent) for sending relevant updates.
We do not share your personal data with third parties except where legally required.
Our email list is optional and managed under GDPR. You can unsubscribe at any time.
8. Wellbeing & Liability
You are responsible for your own wellbeing during and after the session.
All advice is given in good faith. We are not liable for any business, financial, or personal outcomes resulting from the implementation (or non-implementation) of advice given.
9. Our Right to Refuse or Withdraw Services
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a session if a client behaves in a way that is abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
